Nasilie protiv lichnosti v ugolovnom zakonodatelʹstve

A study of criminally prosecutable personal violence, focusing on the history of Russian criminal law from the tenth through the twentieth centuries. The characteristics of physical and psychological violence are examined. For comparative purposes, the parameters of criminal violence in the criminal codes of Denmark, France, and Japan are described.
