An analysis of civil law provisions on the protection of consumer rights, licensing, certification, establishment of uniform standards, and other aspects of the tourism industry in the Russian Federation. Legal aspects of international tourism, forms of tourist organizations, and categories of legal responsibility for infractions by the industry are discussed.
