The Night of Broken Glass

It was just after World War I, Germany had been humiliated by the Versailles Treaty that decreased the prewar territory. With the German Empire destroyed, a new system of government was about to emerge. With great financial struggles and high unemployment came the beginning of political differences that would overpower the government. It was then that a weak government system would be blamed on one culture and one faith, as political unrest would spark one of the largest Nazi propaganda schemes in history, and one of the greatest misfortunes that would ever be experienced by a people.
