Juan Manuel de Rosas

A more than interesting historical research work carried out by Ing. Carlos G. Vertanessian materialized in a high-level artistic work entitled "Juan Manuel de Rosas- The Impossible Portrait" is dedicated to passages from the life of the famous national leader Juan Manuel de Rosas. The work was declared of cultural interest by the National Academy of Fine Arts, a distinction that was granted for the first time to one of its own members.
