"La Salud en el Estado Tachira" is a book based on the conditions of the public health in a small town of Venezuela in the year that it was written. Ernesto S. Paolini, physician and passionate worker, founder of a hospital that carries his name, which is located in a rural city where his family basically grew, was always interested in aporting everything he could and new for the better of society. This book was written by him with that same purpose.
