Problemy prava i sot︠s︡iologii

The second volume of a monograph series entitled "Problems of Law and Sociology," this is a collection of papers on various aspects of jurisprudence, sociology, political science, economics, and other social sciences intended for university students and faculties as well as for practitioners. The papers are grouped into three main sections: theoretical and historical issues in the development of the state and the law; criminal law and procedures in the war on crime; civil law and economic aspects of the formation of a market-based economy.
