Lateinische Präpositionen

Starting from specific concepts of space, Latin prepositions are divided into five categories. The special characteristics of each preposition--along with its place in the overall grammatical system--are explored with the help of numerous illustrations and a comprehensive analysis of the sources. A further analysis reveals a clear classification scheme for Latin prepositions, which blazes a new trail in the area of valence-oriented grammar.
