Shackled to the past

Midwife Laura Morgan moves in next door to Dr Steve Drake with her daughter, Abby. Steve had lost his wife and daughter when both were drowned. He becomes very fond of Abby and Laura begins to fall in love with him. But as the truth about the deaths of Steve's wife and child unfolds it seems that a happy future for them may never be possible, as long as he is haunted by the ghosts from the past.
