About This Book
This study provides data to compare and analyze the Permanent Court of International Justice, International Court of Justice, League of Nations, and United Nations in the international bargaining process. Data are included for all disputes: (1) which occurred between 1920 and 1968, (2) which were dyadic, i.e., in which only two states were directly involved, and (3) which were considered in at least one of the four institutions.
