About This Book

The story of a whole family that fell victim to the Armenian genocide. It consisted of 32 members, of which only two survived: Heriknaz Karapetyan's great-grandmother Pʻambukh Grigoryan and her 6-year-old daughter (the author's grandmother) Aghavni Grigoryan (Poleyan). The author wrote down their memories of those hellish days which she began recording at the age of about 10 years. Illustrated with archival photographs.
