About This Book

During October 2011, Barnard student Juliana Strawn asked people at OWS to write what the movement meant to them and compiled their responses into this zine. Along with handwritten answers that address corporate greed, the free consciousness movement, and how the movement parallels the job market, Juliana provides her own commentary on the scene at Liberty Square, noting the organization, the exchange of resources rather than money, and the lack of focus of the movement.
