Advances in Computing, Communication, and Control

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Third International Conference on Advances in Computing, Communication and Control, ICAC3 2013, held in Mumbai, India, in January 2013. The 69 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected for inclusion in the book.
