This book is a collection of materials of a 2001 conference "Questions of Civil Procedural Legislation and Labor Law in the Republic of Kazakhstan". The first section of the book deals with problems of civil procedural legislation and means of its implementation. The second section deals with the problems of labor rights protection of the citizens and the possible solutions.
