Beyond the nine dragons

Based on the work of Allen W. Hopkins and John Hoskin, this disc features 20 minutes of video footage, 450 still photographs, historical prints and maps. Also includes an Explorers Guide and Reference section with over 700 pages of text from the Hopkins and Hoskin book, The Mekong, a river and its people. The disc is divided in four sections based on the local names for the Mekong: Turbulent river for China and Burma; Mother of waters for Laos and Thailand; Great water for Cambodia; and Nine dragons for Vietnam.
