1998 state profiles

These State Profiles are a brief snapshot of School-to-Work in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, as of October 1, 1998. The Profiles were complied by the National School-to-Work Office from information supplied by the states and from investments data in the National Office. They include a summary of overall activities, and where appropriate, innovative program initiatives and key partners.
