Prisionero en Cuba

While in Cuba in 2008, Sebastián Martínez Ferrate, a Spanish businessman used a hidden camera to produce a report on child prostitution on the island which was broadcast on Spanish television. In 2010 the Cuban government arrested and jailed him on the charges of corrupting minors and pandering. In 2012, he was released after appeals by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
