A true account of the formation of a grass root organization (Enraged People Against Rape) in a Port Richey, Florida beauty shop because of a horrendous crime committed on a senior citizen couple and later to a small child. The organization was instrumental in the passage of legislation for stricter penalties for the crime of sexual assault, provided assistance and support to victims, and developed, analyzed and supported Federal, State and local legislation in regards to sexual assault through public education.
