Thirteen Years Old in the Fourth Grade

An autobiography detailing my experience as a beginning teacher in one of the most harshest public school systems. It is my ventilation and my un-edited, raw release. So brace yourself as I tell it like it is and reveal some truths along the way about the system that governs pretty much most of the world. I hope to inform and encourage those who truly want to be good teachers, principals and administrators.
