Dramatic fate of people involved in the modes of post-war history. Zadry is a saga telling the story of three families arriving in West Pomerania from various parts of Poland. In this wild place, the characters try to set up their lives anew. We follow their fate over several decades. The small community is plagued by a mysterious tragedy that needs to be resolved until the collapse of the state farm in the 1990s. Whether in the People's Republic of Poland, life at PGR was reduced to working on multi-hectare agricultural fields? Was it only the temporary troubles with the supply of string to bundles? In a world deprived of private property, where everything - every house, every tree, every blade of grass - belonged to the state, and PGR took care of the smallest aspect of employee life, there was room for emotions? Who pulled to the Recovered Territories and populated the forming PGRs? How did this microcosm arise? The author takes us into the reality of a PGR village somewhere at the end of the world to answer these questions.
