About This Book
"Irritant effects to the nose and throat associated with Red Tides are temporary. No after-effects have been reported. Irritant effects are present only when Red Tide occurs and even then do not appear unless wind-related waves with associated water vapor and droplets exist. Irritant gas does not usually go far inland beyond the beaches. There is not evidence that the irritating effects are caused by a military gas or any other man-made product."
