Includes information collected on 4,154 persons (with personal identifiers removed) who had documented environmental exposure to tetrachloroethylene through drinking water from contaminated wells. Information includes environmental levels, demographic information, smoking and occupational history, and self-reported responses to 25 general health status questions. This disc provides only baseline data; follow-up data will be released as it comes available.
