The architect directs the Office of Multidisciplinary Architecture Burger Arquitetos in Porto Alegre and has worked in the industrial and logistic segment, developing large projects that are executed by renowned builders and engineers. In addition to his professional activities, he is also Vice-President of the IAB-RS Institute of Architects of Brazil - Department of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil-Germany Chamber / AHK where he is part of the Board and the Jangadeiros Club where he the club's committee commissioner of the master plan. In this book he helps to understand the complexity of variables of this process that should be consider from the beginning of all projects.
