Light blue paperback booklet held together with two staples on the left side. The program celebrates the 25th Anniversary of First Swedish Lutheran Church in Astoria, Oregon. There are two copies of this program of varying condition. This copy has some folding/wrinkles and spots on the front cover, as well as a cursive signature at the bottom: "Hanna Asp Johanson."
