Tomahawk Claim

A sixteen-year-old unwillingly leaves his invalid father and family in the care of a younger brother when he goes to trap and sell furs that will pay for their land. Upon his return, he discovers the family is not so helpless as he had thought and has, in fact, prospered during his absence.
