Killing of Emma Gross

The killing of Emma Gross is a gripping police thriller set during the dying days of the Weimar Republic in Germany. Peter Kurten - the first man described as a serial killer - is arrested. He confesses to the unsolved murder of a prostitute, emma Gross, but Detective thomas Klein does not believe him. The evidence for that crime does not stack up, and Klein thinks the real murderer might be closer to home.
