After receiving a mysterious package containing her late father's research on an ancient magical book, Bryony St. Blaze is forced to conclude that her father's death was no accident. Believing he was murdered by members of a secret order who are now after the missing book, Bryony travels to England to seek the help of historian Hamish Neville.
