Orhanizator zlochynu

An examination of the concept of the crime organizer, his place and role in various forms of accompliceship. The peculiarities of the crime organizer in gang and organized criminal activities are examined. An overview of the development of the concept of the crime organizer in legal studies is combined with an analysis of the provisions of the 2001 Criminal Code of Ukraine with regard to the liability of crime organizers. The author offers concrete suggestions to improve this section of the Criminal Code. The psychological profile of the crime organizer and gang leader also is described.
