Washington Theater. Lessee Mr. S.W. Glenn, stage manager Mr. Humphrey Bland ... Thursday, Dec. 27, 1860. Positively last night but one of Mr. E. Eddy on which occasion he will appear in Shakspeare's Richard III. Mr. Eddy having asserted that Richard was an Englishman, Mr. S.W. Glenn will prove that he was a Dutchman and will therefore repeat the last act of Richard (with the same cast) in Dutch! Thus forming a bill of Monster Attraction never before witnessed within the walls of any Theater. On Thursday evening, December 27th, 1860 will be performed "Richard III" ... to conclude with "Richard III, in Dutch!" ... On Friday, farewell benefit and last appearance of Mr. E. Eddy. On Saturday, benefit of Mr. L.P. Roys ...
