This book compiles IN several chapters, the outcome of research from four universities that make up the Resilience and Sustainability Network, in which different forms of relationship between concepts, ways of understanding and practices of resilience, sustainability and informality are recognized, evidence of varied academic and research positions in urban and rural territories of Colombia. The chapters present theoretical-practical methodologies and tools for approaching the territory in multiple contexts and varied scales where informality, both in neighborhoods and regions, have given rise to various strategies that demonstrate the ability to manage better living conditions on the part of communities and contribute to territorial development.
