Building the high school curriculum

The objective of this volume is to illustrate that the development of the secondary school curriculum requires an understanding of its direction, substance, organization and procedures, along with a firm grasp of its three fundamental bases: the nature of the democratic society in which it functions, the nature of the learner, and the nature of the educative process.
