Coll-Barreu Arquitectos

The Spanish office of Coll-Barreu Arquitectos was formed in 2001 by Juan Coll-Barreu and Daniel Gutiérrez Zarza, and has since received international recognition with several awards and prizes. Their work brings together the unique perspective of Basque architecture with those of the Pacific coasts of both Asia and America. This monographic publication in the Designpeak series offers a comprehensive look at what makes their output not only special, but especially relevant to the changing flows shaping Europe and the world today. Included among more than 20 projects are the striking E8 Building in Vitoria, Spain, and the emergency services headquarters in Bilbao.
