Recent transformations drive a "new urban living" of the middle and upper middle class in large Brazilian cities. From the solet out, the scenery was stimulated by the paradigm shift encamped by the new "Plano Diretor Estratégico de São Paulo " (Strategic Master Plan of São Paulo), which was approved in 2014 and reverted in other cities in the country.
