The Pakeha papers

The author is an American psychologist who emigrated to New Zealand. With the viewpoint of an outsider, he was able to see the problems & unspoken prejudices facing Maori who wish to enter the medical professions. This records his efforts to successfully publish a paper on these difficulties to start his colleagues discussing &, hopefully, initiating change in attitudes.
