Annotated bibliography on quality and management of the WIC Program

This bibliography contains a literature review prepared for the WIC Administrative Funds Management Study. The literature review includes annotations which will help state and local WIC managers and nutritionists determine whether or not specific publications might be used as planning tools. The document is divided into three sections: functional areas of the WIC program (dietary assessment, anthropometry, and nutrition education); WIC program management (WIC program operations, WIC administrative funds management); and general program management (management of public organizations, organizational change, and cost analysis).
