The book brings out an untold story of Kedarnath disaster narrating the exclusive accounts of first rescuers who reached to the spot after the Himalayan tsunami which hit Uttarakhand in 2013. It exposes several mishandling by administration and apathy of government to respond to the calamity. It also narrates the ecological history of Uttarakhand with struggle of Himalayan people to save its environment.
