The present work provides a tool of analysis of theoretical and methodologic order that allows the technician to identify the potentialities of the social actor (Venezuelan farmer and native) and its respective domestic units of the rural space of that country, for based on it, to be able to elaborate strategies of local development. The book is structured in four chapters: first it is introduction; in the second, the elements of methodologic order are approached that will allow the technician to put in practice a set of knowledge applied to the local rural space; and the quarter presents the bibliography in which all the theory is supported. With this study the author does not try to impose a unique model of application, but a general sketch map that allows the technician to identify the potentialities of the social actor and, from them to design and to orchestrate his strategies.
