Contains proceedings presented at the II Curso Extraordinario, organized by the Departamento de BIblioteconomía y Documentación of the Universidad de Salamanca, held on Nov. 24-26, 2006. The course was aimed primarily for students of documentation, communication, history, sociology and political science, and to the entire university community interested in knowing how to access sources of information from the European Union countries.
