Abstracts of Georgia colonial conveyance book, C-1, 1750-1761

Abstracted from one of eleven unpublished conveyance books held in the collections of the Georgia Department of Archives and History. The conveyance books were used, prior to the creation of Georgia's counties by the Constitution of 1777, for recording transactions involving transfers of land, primarily between private individuals, throughout the colony.--Introduction, p. xi.
