Derechos culturales en Iberoameríca y el mundo

Deals with the concept of "cultural rights" (as a basic human right such as those put forward in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights) and with the laws and legislation supporting such rights in the various Latin American countries. Also investigates the legislation in Latin America supporting the rights of creative artists and protecting the cultural property of the individual Latin American states.
