Vykonanni︠a︡ nakazu chy rozpori︠a︡dz︠h︡enni︠a︡ u kryminalʹnomu pravi

The first Ukrainian monographic study of the line of demarcation between legal and illegal conduct by an individual carrying out orders. The work proposes criteria for evaluating the criminality of actions by individuals issuing and executing orders involving illegal conduct. The criteria are based on the principles of Ukrainian criminal law, which recognize the priority of international legal standards and values.
