The little red marble

A little red marble is won by Patrick at a City Marbles Championship. When his sister, Mary sees the marble, she falls in love with it and wishes it was her own. The little marble also feels a kinship with Mary but Patrick won it - it is his. After an accident washes it into the Atlantic ocean off Nova Scotia, the little red marble begins a long journey.
