<div>Hardback book containing the sixth edition of the "Practical Homes" catalog. This one is published by Jens Pedersen in Minnesota. The book contains floor plans and color pictures of houses of all types. The original cover of the catalog is missing which is perhaps the reason the catalog was rebound with the hard covers. There is a library sticker and a bar code on the first inside page. Inside the back cover is a place where a library card pocket used to be. The covers and some of the inside pages to show discoloration and wearing. The front and back cover are both dark green and blank.
