Alturas Field Office draft resource management plan and environmental impact statement

This Draft Resource Management Plan/Draft Environmental Impact Statement describes and analyzes the impacts of five alternatives for managing the public lands administered by the Alturas Field Office in northeast California. The alternatives provide management recommendations to guide the multiple use management of all resources. Proposed areas of critical environmental concern, suitable wild and scenic river segments, and cultural resource management areas are also recommended.
