Principles of conservation biology

Intended for advanced undergraduate and graduate students with a basic background in biology and ecology, this textbook introduces essential concepts in conservation biology. Eighteen chapters are divided into three main sections: foundations of the field, threats to biodiversity, and approaches to solving conservation problems.
