Mr. Özyeğin talks about his involvement in the banking and finance sector in Turkey, particularly the role he played in the development of Pamukbank, Yapi Kredi, and finally at the bank he founded, Finansbank. He also describes his experiences as a student in the United States, in Oregon and at HBS. Mr. Özyeğin speaks in detail about his work changing management strategies and shoring up capital in the finance industry, as well as his relationship with various government officials in Turkey and his view on the personal qualities of excellent managers.
