Comprendre Anténor Firmin

Anténor Firmin (1850-1911), was a Haitian anthropologist, journalist and politician. He is known for his book "De l'égalité des races humaines" and for pioneering the integration of race and physical anthropology and is considered as perhaps the first black anthropologist.
