About This Book

Over the years, practitioners of Labor Laws and in deed, Industrial Relations have realized that there has been a considerable dearth of text books in Labor Laws in Nigeria. To fill this gap, attempt was made to write and introduce this book into higher institutions and into the labor market arena.
The Colonial government in Nigeria enacted very few labor laws like the Master and Servants Ordinance of 1917 and the Mineral Ordinance of 1923 while lots of Nigerian labor laws are, today, home-grown. This book has nine chapters and vast references.
