This paper analyses the treatment by the APRM of land-related topics. The APRM is a self-monitoring instrument African countries can use voluntarily to assess how effectively they are conforming to the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD), specifically the Declaration on Democracy, Political, Economic and Corporate Governance, a development Programme of the African Union (AU).
