Field and laboratory investigations of lake, shelf and glacial ice

This is a summary report, covering investigations which have been carried out by Dartmouth College during 1957-59 for the Geophysics Research Directorate of Air Force Cambridge Research Center. Most of the information contained herein has been condensed from a series of Scientific Reports, Quarterly Reports, and other papers submitted to the Air Force, in which the basic data and results are set forth in greater detail.
