Foncier rural et développement durable au Sahel et en Afrique de l'Ouest

Proceedings of a conference held to review the achievements and identify new challenges concerning land tenure in the Sahelian region nine years after the conference on land tenure problems held in Praia, Cape Verde. Forum also aimed to develop new policy orientations for equitable and secure access to natural resources and for sustainable natural resource management.
